Demosthenes Kokkinidis was born in Piraeus in 1929. He studied at ASKT. of Athens with Giannis Moralis and Spyros Papaloukas (1952-1957). He was a founding member of the “Art Group A” and the “Art Communication and Education Group”. He was elected professor at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1976) where he was rector and vice-rector (1979-1982).

• Screen printing is the exact reproduction of limited copies of an original work.
• For reproduction, a silk grid is used stretched on a crate, hence the term Silkscreen, and as many crates as the colors of the work are used.
• The papers used for reproduction are cotton handmade 280-300gr type Fabriano.
• After the reproduction, the crates are destroyed by the painter to ensure the collectibility of the work.
• The Silkscreens are signed and numbered in pencil by the painter (numbering on the left and signature on the right) and are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
