Sophia Calligeri

After finishing her studies at the Doxiadis school, “Decorative Applications” and “Interior Decoration”, Sofia Kalligeri got involved with ceramics which she has been searching for, exploring, studying and practicing for 30 years.

All these years, for Sofia Kalligeri, forms have been the primary search, followed by colors, glazes and designs in her ceramics. At the same time, contact with the mass of clay, molding and sculpting contributed to her specialization.
