Eartshop.gr informs you about the availability of the products displayed on our site, as well as the delivery days of your order, depending on the shipping method you have chosen. In exceptional cases (deficiencies or delays) you will be informed by phone or email. Eartshop.gr recognizes the importance of the safety of your Personal Data as well as your electronic transactions and takes all the necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, in order to ensure your maximum possible security. Rest assured that all information related to your personal data and transactions, is secure and confidential.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

WAYS OF ORDER

  1. Through our website eartshop.gr. On our website you can find products that interest you and select them in order to be included in the cart. When you have completed your purchases, go to the shopping cart and fill in the prerequisites to complete your order. You will first need to enter your payment method, document type and personal information. After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Through the call center. You can place your order by phone at 2105777954, on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00 and on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 17: 00 to 21: 00 and by fax at 2105785878 24 hours a day.
  3. Via e-mail. You can contact us by e-mail 24 hours a day to the e-mail address: info@eartshop.gr and inform us about the products you are interested in so that we can contact you directly.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose one of the following options in order to pay for your order:

  1. Payment upon Receipt.Pick up your order from our store on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 9:00 to 15:00 & Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 09:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 at Karatheodori 18 Peristeri, Athens and pay upon receipt.
  2. With your credit card through the secure transaction system of ALPHA BANK Bank (credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners). Our online store supports interest-free installments of Credit Cards bearing the indication MasterCard or Visa. From €100 – €300 there can be 3 interest-free installments, from €300 – €600 there can be 6 interest-free installments, from €600 – €900 there can be 9 interest-free installments and over €900 there can be 12 interest-free installments. eARTshop.gr  accepts Visa, Mastercard and Diners credit cards, Visa and Mastercard debit cards and Visa and Mastercard prepaid cards. If you choose to pay by credit card, for some of these cards you can pay the amount through up to 12 installments. Debit or Prepaid as well as Paypal cards, do not support installments. In this case, the charge is made with a one-time payment (One installment).
  3. Cash on delivery to the carrier of our company or to the courier company Speedex carrier. When delivery is made by Speedex the cash on delivery is charged 2 € in the total cost of the order regardless of the destination. For shipments made by a transport agency (bulky shipments outside the prefecture of Attica) cash on delivery is not valid and payment must be made by credit card or by money transfer or by PayPal.
  4. Via the secure PayPal payment system. PayPal is the most secure trading system in the world. It belongs to a global organization and thousands of users choose it for their transactions. Learn more on the organization’s page https://www.paypal.com/gr

Send the deposit receipt by email to: info@eartshop.gr , stating some identifier, such as the order number or the billing name and we will send you your order as soon as it appears in the bank.

RETURNS – CANCELLATIONS

Our company allows product returns within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Product returns are divided into defective and non-defective.

Regarding the Defective products:

Defective are the products that are of poor quality, worn or damaged, or for any reason have been sent by our mistake (wrong pricing, wrong quantity, wrong size etc).

In all of the above cases the company is obliged to replace the defective products if the following conditions apply:

  • You have contacted our company either by phone or via Email at info@eartshop.gr within 15 days from the date of receipt and you have stated that you wish to have the defective products replaced.
  • The product to be replaced has not been used, has not been damaged by use and its packaging is in excellent condition.
  • The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt or invoice).

As long as the product to be replaced meets the above conditions, you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with the correct one without any further charge for you (shipping costs of receipt and shipping are paid by our company).

Regarding NON-Defective products:

NON-Defective are the products which have no defects, no external or internal damage and have been shipped correctly by us and according to your order.

In this case, if for some reason you want to replace such a product, our company gives you the opportunity to do so, as long as the following conditions apply:

  • You have contacted our company within 15 days from the date of receipt either by phone or via Email at: info@eartshop.gr and you have stated that you wish to have the product replaced.
  • The product to be replaced has not been used, has not been damaged by use and its packaging is in excellent condition.
  • The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt or invoice). If the product to be replaced meets the above conditions, you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with any other product of your choice.

In this case you will be charged with the shipping costs of receiving and sending the new one. In case the product (defective or not) has NOT been returned for replacement within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, then our company does not undertake any replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATION

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email with all the information regarding the receipt of your order, as well as its current stage.

Your order can be canceled in the following cases:

  • Before completing it, during the electronic process you can stop at any time without any further process.
  • If you have completed the order and the product has not been shipped yet, you can contact us by phone at 2105777954 and one of our specialized partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.

If you have received your order and you wish to cancel it, contact us by phone at 2105777954 or via email: info@eartshop.gr ,explaining the reasons why you wish to cancel it and a specialized partner will inform you of all your options.

REFUND

Eartshop.gr gives you the possibility of a refund, if for any reason you do not wish to receive an order that you have already paid for or for some reason you do not wish to change the defective products with new ones. In this case, please inform us by email at: info@eartshop. gr and clearly explain the reasons why you wish to be refunded. A necessary condition is the existence of a bank account in one of the cooperating banks. In any case, the refund process is completed within about 6 days.

TRANSPORTATION

For the receipt of your orders our company cooperates with Speedex courier and the charges are shown below:

Cash on Delivery Cost: 2 euros

Inside Attica:

Delivery Time: 1 – 3 working days

Shipping cost :

If the cost of the order is from 1 to 50 euros

0.1 kg – 3 kg -> 3 €

Outside Attica:

Delivery Time: 2 – 5 working days

Shipping cost :

If the cost of the order is from 1 to 50 euros

Free Delivery:

For orders over 50 €

AVAILABILITY

All products that appear on the eartshop.gr website have an indication of their availability and shipping time. This way you are aware of the ones that are immediately available and the ones that can be delivered on a specific date.

If for any reason a product cannot be shipped in the specified period of time, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you of the new delivery date. If it is not convenient for you, you can cancel your order and if it has been paid, your money will be refunded within 2 days to a bank account of the banks that cooperate with us.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If for reasons of special circumstances (strikes, rallies-mobilizations, bad weather conditions, etc.), your order can not be executed, we will inform you via email about the possible delivery date, and we will wait for your confirmation in order to complete the shipment.
