Angelos Panagiotou was born in Farkadona in Trikala in 1943. He studied at the School of Fine Arts next to G. Mavroidis (1962-1967). He exaggerated the artistic trends of his time. He sought to reconnect with the great models of the past (Renaissance and Baroque for the most part) and their style.

His work is anthropocentric and realistic. In combination with a supernatural light, which changes the elements of the painting into self-illumination. The anti-naturalist dark background surface, offers an ideal model that reflects its realistic mood and idealistic tendencies. As he intends, thus wanting to transcend the temporary and find the ideal timeless value through the enchanting narrative.

In his subjects he deals mostly with the human form and nature. When it comes to the human form, it features multi-faceted combinations rather than just portrait depictions. The result is of a high standard with an exceptional unintended communication effect.

• Silkscreen is the exact reproduction of limited copies of an original work.
• For reproduction, a grid of silk stretched over a frame is used, hence the term Silkscreen, and as many frames are used as the colors of the work.
• The papers used for reproduction are cotton handmade 280-300gr type Fabriano.
• After the end of the reproduction, the crates are destroyed by the painter to ensure the collectability of the work.
• The Silkscreens are signed and numbered in pencil by the artist (numbering on the left and signature on the right) and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
